Guangzhou Flower Technology Zoon Limited(“GFT”) is located in Fang Chun, Guangzhou, P. R. China , where the flower planation has more than 2000 years' history . It is a private corporation which is exclusive developer and operator of the Phase II in Guangzhou Flower Expo(“Expo”) which is owned by the Guangzhou Government. GFT has been also appointed by the government to take over and develop the Phase I of the Expo and turn Expo's auction center, the largest flower auction center in China into real business. Right now the Phase I is run by a state owned company, whose legal person is the CEO of GFT. The whole Expo has total area of 4000 Mu, i.e., 1619 hectares, or 16,187,400 square meters and the Phase II has half of the land, i.e., 2000 Mu.

GFT has signed a fifteen year exclusive license with Expo on developing the 2000 Mu land including land leveling, road building, installation of electricity and water, and lease and manage the land to the flower companies, and potentially can provide all sorts of value added services including logistics, auction, import & export, agency business of import & export, horticulture engineering, flower wholesales, chain retailing, transportation, bill payment and finance such as issuing letter of credit, and other administration, legal, accounting, guaranteed services, etc. Right now they have completed the land leveling, road building, and installation of electricity and water for 400 Mu of Phase II . Little value added services has been provided so far .  

GFT started the operation on July 2004. A total of RMB15 M has been invested into the Phase II project. More than 80 companies have been settled down with average of 23,067 square meters for each of them. They include DaHan, Speedline, Pioneer, and so on. Some of them are from overseas including Japan, Korea, EU, the USA, Taiwan, etc. GFT's customers provide production and sales of all sorts of flowers and their related products including all kinds of vases, equipment, soils, and related materials, etc.
