GFT is looking for a world-class strategic partner overseas and financial/industrial investors, especially those strategic and industrial partners from Netherlands which can transfer their auction system, technology and management into GFT. Nuovo Assets Ltd., a venture capital firm owned by a prominent family in Hong Kong will be the shareholder of and will take responsible for all venture investment of the auction and logistics company (“New Co.”). It has been appointed as its financial advisor of GFT and New Co. to figure out the business strategies and direction, link up with the international market such as Aalsmeer Flower Auction or other experience internati o nal operators, build up the logistic business and bring the company to the international financial market including going for IPO in overseas stock exchange. GFT will contribute all their clientele, land, Flower Auction Center and lands for the logistic center, all logistics business including transportation, bill payment , etc., management, government relationship and local connection, and so on into the New Co.
